Every project starts with whatever is already on the ground. We take down timber, brush, stumps, and root mat, then haul it off so your survey crew and machines have a clean site to work from. On sensitive lots we clear selectively and leave the keepers standing.

We match the method to the site. A sensitive lot gets selective clearing that protects what stays. A full build-out gets cleared and grubbed in a single pass, so earthwork can start the same week instead of waiting on a second mobilization.
Clearing is sequenced with the erosion control and earthwork that follow, so the silt fence goes in when it should and the first cut is never waiting on cleanup.
